MEMORY 01
Just one
wrong turn.
You were going somewhere. Probably. One second, the internet was its usual beautiful mess. The next, a fluorescent light flickered above you.
Yellow walls. Damp carpet. A hum that felt less like a sound and more like a thought you couldn't get rid of. You turned around. The door was gone.
There is no back.
There is only here.
MEMORY 02
She was
already here.

A face at the end of the corridor. Black hair. Eyes too big for the world outside. She looked at you like an old friend arriving very, very late.
She didn't ask your name. Names are difficult to keep in a place like this. She just moved over, making room beneath the light.
For the first time since you arrived, the hallway felt a little less empty.
MEMORY 03
Bad reception.
Good company.
In a room that wasn't there yesterday, she found an old monitor. Static. A flicker. Then a signal. Other people. Other rooms. The same strange feeling.
So they sent something back: a picture, a joke, six little crosses. A tiny piece of proof that someone was still here.
That was noback. A meme passed through the walls. A shared language for people who had stopped pretending they knew where they were going.
✞✞✞✞✞✞Six marks. One message.
You are not alone in here.
MEMORY 04
And then,
there was you.
Maybe you came for the image. Maybe you stayed for the feeling. Maybe you just took another wrong turn.
It doesn't matter. There is space beside the monitor. The lights are still on. Bring your weird little jokes. Leave a trace. Make this impossible place feel a little more like somewhere.
The story doesn't end with an exit.
It gets stranger with company.
